At 08Direct.co.uk we aim to make corporate phone service features and functionality affordable to small businesses. That's why we offer many numbers and services for free, but some carry a small charge. We can't stand hidden charges, so anything that costs you money is explained here on the site. How can you afford to provide the additional services for free?
When you take out an 0800 number, all our call management services are included within your small monthly payment.
Is there a minimum contract when directing to a landline?
At 08Direct, one thing we don't do is contracts! After you have registered your new 0800 number you are free to cancel at any time. Though when taking out a direct debit, please be aware we bill in arrears, so you final payment will be made the month after you cancel.
Can I keep my existing numbers?
Of course. You decide which number you want your new non geographic number forwarding to. Depending on the package you have selected, this can be a landline or mobile number of your choice - and this can be changed instantly.
Do I need to purchase any hardware?
You do not need to purchase any hardware, all the hardware you need is located in our secure premises. In fact, you do not need to make any immediate financial investment to start receiving calls on your new number. 08Direct have no setup costs, installation charges or insurance payments - this is covered by us.
Can you direct calls to mobile phones?
Yes, all our numbers can be directed at a mobile phone. However, please be aware we have special mobile packages which are more expensive. When selecting your number and package, you will be prompted to decide if you want to forward your number to a mobile of landline.
How long does it take to setup my new number(s)?
We can have your new number setup within 24 hours. With an 0800 number package, we do require you to send us your direct debit details before the number can go live. One of our account managers will keep you updated on the status of your number, and answer any questions you have.
How do I know if my number is being used?
Once you have registered your new number with 08Direct we will be forwarded your new login details for CodeBlueStats. This is our online portal, which provides you with complete call management and current call statistics. Once you login, you will be able to see how many incoming minutes you have received and update your account settings, such as your destination or 'target' number.
