call routingDo you have too many incoming calls to deal with? Are customers left on hold until you are able to pick up the line? Call Routing is the solution to your problems.

Call routing is the ability to direct your inbound calls to a variety of extensions depending on your business requirements. Tailored to your individual needs, call routing means you never miss a potential customer’s call, improving your customer service, increasing sales whilst reducing costs.

Calls can be distributed between available members of staff or directed to those with the most relevant experience.  What is particularly useful is the fact that all lines can be accessed through one billed number, meaning you can keep your stationery costs and marketing low, with calls directed through call routing.

Call routing can work in two ways, either through Hunt Groups or Ring Groups:

Hunt Groups direct calls to free lines after a set number of rings.

Ring Groups all calls to ring on multiple lines simultaneously.
