What is Call Forwarding?
Call forwarding services diverts your incoming calls if they go unanswered or busy. This can be setup to call another telephone number within your business or to direct the caller to your voicemail.

There are two types of call forwarding available:

1. “Busy” or “No Answer” Call Forward – diverts calls after a certain amount of rings or straightaway if the phone is in use.

2. Calls to Mobile – the calls can be diverted to your mobile (Standard tariffs do not apply)
