The 08 Direct Call Queuing Service has been designed for Small to Medium sized businesses to help to ensure that Inbound Calls are not lost, due to the destination phone lines being busy.
You callers will hear a short Greeting Message and if all your destination phone lines are busy, we will start stacking the calls and play Music on Hold with an intermittent Apology Message. Once a destination phone line becomes available, the longest held Caller will be automatically connected.
