Each customer has access to Waphoo With this stats website you can login and see all the numbers within your customer account, run reports on individual numbers or on the account as a whole.

Advanced Call Statistics

For a more detailed analysis of call records we offer CDR (Call Detail Records) files in .CSV (Excel) format if you wish to view Call Statistics offline or Import them into your CRM or Billing Application. This facility is only offered to customers that have a minimum usage on the account, please contact your account manager for further details.

The Information available in the CDR includes the following:

  • Date
    This field shows the Date of the Calls made to your Number (dd:mm:yyyy)
  • Time
    This field shows the time for every Call made to your Number (hh:mm:ss)
  • Caller CLI
    Shows the Telephone Number of your Callers
  • Destination
    This field shows the Destination of where your Number is Routed to
  • Duration
    The Duration of each Call Made to your Number in Minute and Seconds including ring and answer time
  • Date
    This field shows the Date of the Calls made to your Number (dd:mm:yyyy)
